By the way, we are still using an old version (Version 35.1) of this app which was released two years ago. Other two folders were created when we used it to transcribe voice memos two years ago. As you can see from the folder list, the first folder was created today. Then tap Browse button at the bottom to view all folders with recordings saved in them on the iCloud Drive. Try to record a short voice clip using this recorder app. When you have changed the above three options from the Settings of this app, tap Done button to save the changes you have made.
